Project Manager – Digital Accessibility
Description

The Project Manager / SPOC will coordinate and manage
accessibility testing projects for large clients. The role involves end-to-end project execution — task planning,
tracking, reporting, and communication between client
teams and internal testing teams to ensure smooth and
timely delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact for client communications, status calls, reporting and
    escalations.
  • Plan and assign daily testing tasks to team members and track progress.
  • Manage issues and updates in Jira and proprietary
    tracking tools.
  • Compile daily and weekly status reports based on team updates.
  • Coordinate access, test environments, and dependencies with clients and internal teams.
  • Track weekly and monthly resource availability and estimate work capacity for upcoming cycles.
  • Ensure testing follows defined accessibility processes and documentation standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of project coordination,
    reporting, and delivery management.
  • Good English communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA
  • Basic understanding of web and mobile accessibility
    standards (WCAG).
  • Good organizational skills to manage distributed
    teams and stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Experience in leading testing projects focused on
    accessibility testing.
  • Familiarity with accessibility compliance standards.
  • Experience working with international or large
    enterprise clients.
Required experience
  • 2-4 years in project management, QA coordination,
    or accessibility testing delivery roles.
  • Prior experience in client-facing project coordination or
    vendor delivery environments preferred.
