Why
Our signature workshop to dispel disability myths and build an environment of inclusion. The workshop will help participants view disability in a new perspective, especially by understanding every person’s ‘abilities’ and ‘inabilities’.
What do you get
In this 90-120 minute interactive workshop, staff from all levels of your organization can learn about how persons with disability work, and have some of their provocative questions regarding hiring, inclusion, and solutions answered. The workshop will deal with topics like:
- Understanding abilities & inabilities
- Appropriate terminologies to address disability
- The journey and aspirations of persons with disabilities
- Employment reality and workplace solutions
The workshop can be held once, or on a recurring schedule. Each workshop can have a maximum of 35-40 participants (in-person) or up to 100 (virtual).
Cost: INR 40,000 onwards, based on scope of work
