Why
SPICE is a competency framework measuring performance management and career development for employees. By encompassing a wide range of factors (both internal and external) SPICE enables employees to effectively make the transition from a job to a career.
What do you get
SPICE stands for five different competencies that the employees will reflect, assess, and act upon: Self Development, Performance, Image & Inclusion, Career Planning, Exposure. The workshop will cover all the aspects of SPICE and help employees & their managers develop a career development plan customized to their personal and team needs.
